A printable receipt will be emailed to you, which must be printed and presented at the dinner on August 15th, 2019,

or shown on your phone. 

Please arrive at 5:00 pm to enjoy the local craftsman and artisans and to sample their products. Proper ID must be presented from each guest. The meal will start at approximately 6:00 pm. 

***Parking will be denoted by signs and parking directors, please only park in the designated areas. The designated parking area will be as follows: (The Woodland Valley Church Parking Lot) ,(Behind the Mars National Bank in Mars).

***There will be a musician and a photographer at the event for your enjoyment. Also, a locally handcrafted gift will be provided to each guest as a gift.

***Restrooms will be available.
